SUBMIT:  Beginning May 18, 2009, at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time, legal residents of 50 U.S./D.C. who are 18+ (19+ in AL/NE) may go to www.renewyourspace09.com/main/submitphoto.aspx
 (“Offer Site”) and complete the online Offer Form in a single session by: (a)  entering your complete first and last name, email address, address , city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth; b) inputting a title of the photo in English (not to exceed 100 characters); c) inputting between one and ten sentences (each sentence must be unique and different) in English (not to exceed 500 characters) that explains the painting project and how Scotch-Blue™ Painter’s Tape was used for the project; and (d) uploading up to two (2) photos (files must be a .JPG format and may not exceed 2 MB for each photo submitted) that displays the painting project using  Scotch-Blue™ Painter’s tape within your personal residence (“Submission”).  At least one (1) photo in each Submission must show the finished project. 

RECEIVE (WHILE SUPPLIES LAST):  The first one hundred (100) individuals to submit, and have the Submission verified, will receive one (1) Scotch-Blue Painter’s Tape Gift Pack that includes: one (1) Roll Scotch-Blue™ Painter’s Tape for Corners & Hinges; one (1) Roll Scotch-Blue™ Painter’s Tape for Delicate Surfaces 1 ½” Roll (60 yd);  one (1) Scotch-Blue™ Painter’s Tape Applicator; one (1) 3M Woodworking Sanding and Fiberglass Respirator with valve (N95); one (1) 3M SandBlaster Sanding Sponge – Bare Surfaces; one (1) 3M SandBlaster Sanding Sponge – Between Coats; and one (1) 3M Wood Refinisher’s Tack Cloth.  ARV:  $40.

Limit one (1) offer per email address/household.  Individuals warrant that their Submission materials are original, have not previously been published or won any other promotional award, do not infringe the rights of any third parties, do not contain any obscene or inappropriate content (determined in Sponsor’s discretion), and that by making a Submission, such person(s) (including the registered owner of an email account) consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to 3M and its affiliates and agents any and all rights, title(s) and interest in and to the Submission (excepting personally identifiable information, which is governed by the Privacy Policy [hyperlink to www.3m.com/privacy] posted on the Offer Site), including without limitation all proprietary, intellectual property and moral rights worldwide.  Photo cannot include any identifiable person or otherwise infringe on any person’s personal or proprietary rights.  Photos and written description submitted become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Sponsor and its agents shall have the right to use, alter, edit, assign or dispose of such Submission entries however it sees fit without approval of entrants.  Submissions not complying with all terms and conditions are subject to disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Individuals whose Submissions have been verified and qualify to receive a Scotch-Blue Painter’s Tape Gift Pack will be sent a confirmation email within 2 weeks of Submission and verification.  Offer expires the earlier of when supplies of the 100 Gift Packs are exhausted or 2/28/10.  Offer good only in the U.S.A.  Void where prohibited, licensed, taxed or otherwise restricted by law.  Not responsible for lost, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail, or non-complying Submissions.  Please allow 3-6 weeks for gift pack delivery from the time the Submission is verified.  Contact 3M at 1-800-388-3458 with any questions.
